A broken pipe behind a vanity sent water through a whole St. Petersburg house

We worked with the plumber to find the break behind the master vanity wall, then mapped the house with numbered moisture points so every room could be tracked.

What we found

Water from the leak had reached rooms throughout the house. We assessed the whole home and worked with the plumber to find the cause: a broken pipe inside the wall behind the master bathroom vanity.

How we tracked it

With water spread this widely, we marked numbered moisture points on the floors in each affected area. Every visit, each point gets checked and logged, so you can see which rooms are dry and which still need work. A LiDAR scan of the house gave us the floor plan and measurements for every room.
