Our Work
Real jobs. Real readings. Right here in Tampa Bay.
Each story below comes from our own job files: what we found, how we found it, the equipment we set and how we knew the home was dry. We leave out homeowner names and addresses.
Both offices answer 24/7.

How we document every job
The water you can see is usually the smaller problem.
Water runs under flooring, up drywall and through ceilings long before it shows. We find it with instruments, write every reading down, and keep drying until the numbers say the structure is dry. That record is also what your insurance adjuster needs to see.

Thermal imaging cameras
Wet drywall and subfloor read cooler than dry material. We scan walls, ceilings and floors to find hidden water before we open anything, so we remove less of your home.

FLIR moisture meters
The camera points to a problem and the meter confirms it. We log readings on every affected surface on day one and at every visit after, until they reach the dry goal. No guessing about when it is safe to rebuild.

LiDAR room scans
A scan of each affected room produces a measured floor plan. Your adjuster gets exact square footage for every wall, floor and ceiling instead of a hand sketch.
Xactimate
The estimating software most insurance carriers use. Our estimates arrive in the format your adjuster already works in, which keeps your claim moving.

From the drying log · Seminole · July 2026
An A/C overflow, the den below it, and the garage ceiling under that.
The A/C overflowed and soaked about half the den carpet. Water also ran into the A/C return box and the garage ceiling below. We pulled the wet carpet, the damaged return box and the wet drywall and insulation, treated the area with antimicrobial, then logged moisture at every visit until the den floor reached its dry goal.
Den floor moisture readings
Meter reading at each visit. The dashed line is the dry goal of 17.

A kitchen leak that hid in the island and cabinets
The floors read dry on the first visit. The island drywall and cabinets didn't. When the base cabinets came out, their bottoms had microbial growth.

Leak from the condo upstairs saturated a bathroom
The drywall was too wet to save, so we removed it, pulled the vanity, detached the toilet, cleaned and sanitized, and dried the room.

Broken pipe behind a vanity, water through the whole house
We worked with the plumber to find the break, then marked numbered moisture points on the floors and tracked them room by room.

Inspected for mold and told the owner it wasn't needed
No visible growth, no staining and normal moisture readings on both levels of the loft. We recommended an HVAC cleaning instead of remediation.
