Common mold questions
Is the mold inspection really free?
Yes. We provide a free, no-obligation mold inspection so you know exactly what you’re dealing with before any work begins.
How fast can you come out?
We’re locally based in St. Petersburg and offer same-day or next-day inspections. Call us and we’ll find a time that works for you.
Is black mold dangerous?
Mold can affect indoor air quality and some people are sensitive to it, so it’s best handled promptly and safely. We use proper containment and HEPA filtration to remove it without spreading spores through your home.
Will mold come back after removal?
Not if the moisture source is fixed. We find and resolve the underlying leak or humidity problem as part of the job, so the mold doesn’t grow back.
Do you work with my insurance?
Yes. We accept all insurance carriers, document the damage thoroughly, and can work directly with your insurer to make your claim easier.
