What Each One Means for You
- Certified General Contractor (CGC1541935). We’re licensed statewide to do the rebuild work, not just the cleanup. After water, fire or mold damage, one company can take you from dry-out through drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint. You don’t have to hire a second contractor.
- Mold Remediator (MRSR5578). Florida requires a license to remediate mold over 10 square feet. Mold testing and post-remediation clearance are done by an independent licensed mold assessor, as Florida law requires, so the company removing the mold is never the one grading its own work.
- IICRC Certified Firm (#70035773). Our work follows IICRC industry standards, such as S500 for water damage and S520 for mold.
- Licensed & insured. We carry the insurance Florida requires for certified contractors. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
